Have you ever felt trapped by worry, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, or exhausted from carrying burdens that seem impossible to put down? You're not alone. Anxiety touches each of us differently, and often leaves us wondering why we feel this way or whether we'll ever find lasting peace.
This workshop creates a safe and encouraging space for women to better understand anxiety. Together, we'll explore why anxiety exists, how it affects our minds, bodies, and relationships, and the difference between healthy concern and anxiety that begins to control our lives. Through honest conversation, biblical encouragement, and practical tools, you'll learn how to respond to anxiety with greater confidence and grace.

We all long to be known, loved, and supported, yet meaningful friendships can feel harder to build and maintain than ever before. Many women find themselves feeling lonely, disconnected, overextended, or hesitant to trust after being hurt. In this workshop, we'll explore God's design for relationships and why healthy friendships are worth pursuing, even when they require courage, vulnerability, and effort.
Through biblical wisdom, clinical insight, personal reflection, and practical tools, participants will learn the qualities that help friendships thrive, including healthy communication, reciprocity, trust, empathy, vulnerability, and appropriate boundaries. Whether you're longing for deeper friendships, navigating challenges in existing relationships, or seeking greater connection in your community, this workshop will encourage and equip you to cultivate relationships that bring greater joy, support, and belonging to your life.

Do you ever find yourself reaching for your phone without thinking, losing more time online than you intended, or feeling worse after scrolling than you did before? Social media can offer connection, entertainment, and information, but it can also become a source of comparison, distraction, validation-seeking, and emotional escape. If you've ever wondered why it's so hard to put down—or whether it's helping or hurting your well-being—this workshop is for you.
Through a blend of clinical insight and biblical wisdom, participants will explore the many factors that drive social media use and learn how to recognize unhealthy patterns in their own lives. Women will gain practical tools for increasing awareness, breaking unhelpful habits, setting healthy boundaries, and meeting underlying needs in healthier ways. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness and strategies for using social media in a way that supports their own health rather than undermining it.

Are you feeling exhausted, discouraged, or overwhelmed as a mom? Do you find yourself irritable and reactive when you long to be patient, peaceful, and hopeful? If so, you are not alone.
Join us as we explore practical and biblical tools for building resilience in motherhood. Together, we'll learn how to better understand ourselves, identify the tender places that parenting often exposes, and regulate our emotions so we can engage with our children—from toddlers to adults—from a place of strength and stability. Through clinical insight, prayerful reflection, and practical strategies, women will learn to respond rather than react, clarify their purpose as mothers, and anchor their identity in Christ.
