Najiyyah Is a Counseling Intern at CCCRD. She is pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mid-America Christian University. Najiyyah is looking forward to the opportunity to work alongside individuals of diverse backgrounds as they navigate life's challenges and transitions, seeking a safe and supportive space to process their experiences, explore their identity, and gain a deeper understanding of who they are becoming while moving towards meaningful growth and healing.

While raised in a Christian home, Najiyyah strayed away from God as a young adult, but eventually found her way back to her faith and has experienced God's grace and redemption. Outside of counseling, Najiyyah serves on the Dream Team at her church, is a wife and a mother of two. She enjoys traveling, discovering great tv shows, and finding creative ways to express herself.
