Briana Van Curen, LAMFT
THERAPIST
Briana is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at CCCRD. She earned her M.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.
Briana has experience counseling diverse individuals and is passionate about supporting couples, mothers, and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She has a particular interest in working with stay-at-home mothers (as she was once one) and women who may be navigating questions of identity, purpose, relationships, motherhood, and personal growth.
Briana believes that true transformation begins in the heart and that there is something so powerful about bringing our lives into alignment with God. She believes deeply in the grace of God, the hope found in Jesus Christ, and the truth that we can become new creations.
Briana is a wife and mother of three beautiful children, and her experiences as a woman, wife, and mother have deepened her passion for walking alongside others through the complexities of relationships, family life, and identity. Her own Christian faith has been an important part of her journey, and she believes deeply in the saving grace of Jesus Christ and the hope of becoming a new creation through Him.
Outside of counseling, Briana enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, drawing, being creative, and listening to music. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside others and her goal is to create a space where clients can experience both genuine connection and hope as they pursue healing and growth. Briana believes that we are more than the circumstances that we may be facing.
