Rachel is a therapist at CCCRD and a Licensed Associate Counselor in NJ. Rachel obtained her MA in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in trauma studies, from Eastern University and holds a BA in English from Messiah University. 

Before joining CCCRD, Rachel worked with children and families at a community mental health agency in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, she has experience working with college students and young adults, as well as providing grief counseling and end-of-life counseling. She counsels diverse individuals of all ages who experience a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity and self-worth issues, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. 

As a Christian, Rachel combines clinical practice with biblical principles in order to help her clients understand the root of their distress in order to produce lasting heart change. She delights in helping her clients gain deeper insight into who God created them to be, and walking alongside her clients as they work to undo negative core beliefs and unhelpful patterns. 

Rachel accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and has enjoyed a deepening relationship with the Lord as she continues to grow in spiritual maturity. As a believer, Rachel has had the privilege to serve as a small group leader, youth group leader, and other various service roles at the churches she has attended throughout the years. Rachel enjoys reading, exercise, being in nature, and quality time spent with friends and family. Her happy place is sitting on the beach, and she looks forward to her yearly vacation to Ocean City, NJ.
