
Matthew Miller, PsyD
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Matt is the Clinical Director of CCCRD and a Licensed Psychologist in NJ. Matt received a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. In addition, he holds an MA in Human Services Psychology from LaSalle University and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
Matt has been a Christian counselor since 1997 in both private practice and at community mental health centers. He works with children, adolescents, and adults through individual, marital, family, and group counseling. He treats people with problems that include eating, depression, relationships, anger, stress, anxiety, and spirituality, among others. Matt also presents seminars on Christian living to adolescents and adults. In 2025, his workbook, Breathe in God, Breathe Out Anxiety, was published through Simon & Schuster
In addition, Matt has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level at Cairn University since 2005, and served as the Chair of the Graduate Counseling program there.
Matt became a Christian in 1985. Since then, he has sought to live a life worthy of the Gospel in both his work and personal relationships. Matt worked with high school students for 14 years as a counselor and as a volunteer leader with Young Life. He developed a lay counseling and discipleship ministry, led many small groups, and has served as an elder in his local church. He is married to Bethany Miller and has two children.
