Karen is a Licensed Associate Counselor at CCCRD. She completed her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and has an MA in Psychology from Pepperdine University as well as a BA in Psychology from Lycoming College.
Karen works as a paramedic in NJ and has been a first responder in various roles for over three decades. Over the past several years, Karen has felt God pulling her toward a counseling career. Her interests include working with adults facing posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other job-related issues. She also works with children from elementary school age and up, marriage counseling, depression, and anxiety issues.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys fellowship with her church and small groups. Additionally, she loves spending time with her grandchildren, fostering dogs and cats, crocheting, and reading.
