Grace Nguyen

Grace is a pre-licensed therapist with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling, both from Cairn University.

During her college years, she served with Cru High School Ministry and in various church children's ministries—experiences that helped shape her heart for supporting others through different life stages.

As a missionary kid whose parents ministered to college students, Grace developed a deep appreciation for the personal and cultural complexities people face as they grow and change. Her upbringing gave her firsthand insight into a wide range of emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges, which continue to inform her therapeutic approach.

Grace has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, and identity-related struggles. She strives to bring a calm, empathetic presence to her work, creating a space where clients can process pain, explore growth, and find hope.

Having also been an international student herself, Grace understands the difficulty of adjusting to a new environment. She has a particular interest in supporting international clients as they navigate transitions, cultural identity, and feelings of belonging.

In addition to her own multicultural background, Grace has counseled individuals from a variety of cultural and life experiences. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive care that honors each person’s unique story.
