THERAPIST
Christina is a therapist at CCCRD and a Licensed Associate Counselor in NJ. She completed her MA in Counseling at The College of New Jersey and her BS in Psychology at Regent University. She has 15 years of experience working with adolescents, as well as adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, women’s issues, relationship issues, coping with life changes and more recently with those affected by perinatal mood disorders and loss. She is trained in CBT/DBT and uses a collaborative and eclectic approach when working with clients. Christina has a heart for helping others and coming alongside them as they work toward healing, providing them with a safe and non-judgemental place to speak openly.
Christina has been a Christian for over 30 years and her faith has carried her through many challenging times. She has served in ministry in various positions using her gifts of Mercy. She has been married to her husband for 29 years. They have three adult children and have previously been foster parents as well. In her free time she loves to bake, work out, read and travel.
