Abigail Stevens

COUNSELING INTERN

Abigail has a BA in Art Therapy from Arcadia University and is currently pursuing an MS in Counseling at Cairn University. She has been a devoted Christian for over ten years, growing in friendship with and awe of Jesus. Through her own experience of the peace and hope Christ brings—even amid suffering—she feels called to help others walk through pain and rediscover joy.

Abigail has worked with college students on issues including shame, anxiety, depression, spiritual growth, life adjustment, and self-worth. With over 13 years of experience working with children, she also finds joy in supporting their development. In addition to children and young adults, she is passionate about working with clients of all ages, as well as couples and groups. Her areas of interest include depression, shame, stress, relationship issues, low self-worth, and trauma.

Abigail and her husband, Zack, love to hike, kayak, play spikeball, and host game nights with friends. She sings on her church’s worship team, enjoys nature and painting, and loves throwing surprise birthday parties.
